Chicken and Vege Satay
Ingredients

700g chicken

1 broc
-
1 bag bok choy
-
1 leek
-
1 packet sprouts
Sauce
-
1 tsp ginger
-
3 tsp garlic
-
½ tsp cumin
-
1 tsp coriander
-
2 tsp turmeric
-
½ tsp chilli flakes
-
150g peanuts, crushed

1 cup water
-
¼ cup soy sauce
-
Salt and pepper

Olive oil
Instructions

Cook chicken with olive oil in a pan until cooked through. Set aside.

Chop vegetables and cook in olive oil until slightly softened.

Mix sauce ingredients together.

Add chicken and sauce into pan with the veges. Mix well.
