Broc, Chickpea and Basil Pesto Pulse Pasta

Ingredients

  • 250g pulse pasta

  • 1 broccoli, finely chopped

  • 1 onion, diced

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

  • 200g basil pesto

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of water to the boil, add pasta and cook until softened.

  2. Heat a dash of oil in a pan, add onion and cook until golden. Add 1/3 cup water and broccoli, and cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir through chickpeas.

  3. Add pasta and basil pesto to the vege pan, heat for 1-2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
