Easy Oats for Brekkie

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup oats

  • 1/2 almond milk

  • 1/2 banana, sliced

  • handful blueberries

  • 2 Tbsp Greek yoghurt

  • 1 Tbsp sunflower and pumpkin seeds

Instructions

  1. Mix the oats and almond milk together in a bowl, and microwave for 90 seconds. Stir through a dash more almond milk or water if needed.

  2. Top with banana, blueberries, yoghurt and seeds.
