Broccoli and Bacon Salad
Ingredients

3 broccoli

200g bacon
-
1 large red onion

100g cranberries
-
150g pumpkin seeds

500ml aioli
Instructions

Chop broccoli into small pieces.

Dice red onion.

Chop bacon into small pieces and cook in a frying pan for 5-10 minutes until cooked through. Set aside to cool.

Place broccoli, red onion, bacon, cranberries, pumpkin seeds and aioli in a large bowl. Toss to combine well.
Makes 1 large salad.
