Beef & Broccoli Stir-Fry
Instructions

Chop up all the veges and steak.

Heat oil on BBQ or large pan / wok.

Stir-fry the veges (in stages if it doesn’t all fit).

Add salt and pepper while cooking.

Set aside veges when cooked.

Cook steak for 5-10 minutes, until brown and cooked through.
Sauce

Combine all ingredients other than cornstarch into a pot and bring to the boil.

Mix the cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water until dissolved.

Add the cornstarch mixture to the sauce.

Boil for 1-2 minutes or until sauce has thickened.

Mix all meal ingredients together with the sauce in a large bowl.

Plate up and garnish with sesame seeds.

Onion - 1 whole

Sesame Seeds

Sauce

1/2 cup soy sauce
-
1/2 cup water
-
1/8 cup brown sugar
-
2 teaspoons minced garlic
-
2 teaspoons minced ginger
-
2 tablespoons honey
-
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
-
1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon cornstarch
