Healthier Spag Bol

Instructions

1.       Cook spaghetti in a pot according to packet instructions.

2.       Cook mince in a pan until cooked through, about 5-10 minutes. Set aside.

3.       Cook onion in a dash of oil until translucent. Add in capsicum, carrot, tinned tomatoes, mixed herbs and garlic. Bring to the boil. Simmer for 10 minutes.

4.       Add mince into the vege mix. Simmer for a further 5-10 minutes.

5.       Plate up the pasta and top with mince mix.

  • 500g premium mince

  • 2 capsicums, diced

  • 1 onion, diced

  • 1 carrot, grated

  • 2 tins tomatoes

  • 1 tsp mixed herbs

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 packet San Remo pulse pasta spaghetti, 250g
