Slow Cooker Beef and Vege Soup

Instructions

  1. Fry beef in a pan with oil until browned on all sides.

  2. Add beef and all other ingredients to the slow cooker, mix well, and cook on low for 8-9 hours.

  3. Wa-lah dinner is ready. Season with S&P.

Serves 6-8

Ingredients

  • 500g beef, cubed

  • 4 medium potatoes, diced

  • 2 large carrots, diced 

  • 1 onion, finely chopped

  • 2 celery stalks, chopped

  • 1.5 cups green beans or frozen peas

  • 2 cans tinned tomatoes

  • 4 cups beef stock

  • 2 tsp garlic, minced

  • 2 tsp mixed herbs

  • 2 tsp paprika

  • Salt and pepper
