Slow Cooker Beef and Vege Soup
Instructions

Fry beef in a pan with oil until browned on all sides.

Add beef and all other ingredients to the slow cooker, mix well, and cook on low for 8-9 hours.

Wa-lah dinner is ready. Season with S&P.

4 medium potatoes, diced

2 celery stalks, chopped

1.5 cups green beans or frozen peas

2 cans tinned tomatoes

4 cups beef stock

2 tsp garlic, minced

2 tsp mixed herbs

2 tsp paprika
