Nut & Cacao Plant-based Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas, mashed

  • 1 cup wholegrain oats (or ground almonds for gluten free)

  • 100ml almond or soy milk

  • 3 Tbsp nut butter

  • 1.5 Tbsp cacao

  • 1 flax egg (1 Tbsp ground flaxseed + 3 Tbsp water, mixed and left to stand for 1 minute)

Instructions

  1. Blitz all ingredients in a food processor.

  2. Pour 1/4 of the mixture into a pan on medium heat with a little coconut oil, cook for 3-4 minutes on either side.
