Chilli and Lime Glazed Salmon with Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 4 tsp soy sauce

  • 2 Tbsp lime juice

  • 2 tsp minced ginger

  • 2 Tbsp sweet chilli sauce

  • 2 salmon steaks

  • 1 broccoli, chopped

  • 2 radishes, sliced

Instructions

  1. Mix the glaze ingredients, pour oven salmon before cooking.

  2. Heat olive oil in a pan on medium heat, add salmon and cook on each side for 3-4 minutes until cooked through.

  3. In a wok, stir-fry broccoli and radish in olive oil, salt and pepper for 5-10 minutes.
