Peanut Choc Cookies
Ingredients

1/4 cup oats

1/4 cup almond flour (can use plain)

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup coconut sugar (can use brown)

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/2 tsp vanilla
-
1 egg
-
4 Tbsp choc chips
Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.

Add wet ingredients, stir to combine.

Roll mixture into small balls and place on baking tray, press down to flatten with a fork.

Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.
