Winter Vege Soup
Instructions

Sauté onion and garlic in a pan with olive oil until clear.

Put onions with all other ingredients in the slow cooker, stir well.

Cook on low for 8 hours or until veges are tender.

2 tsp minced garlic

2 carrots, diced

250g beans, chopped

2 kumara, diced

2 tomatoes, diced

1 can kidney beans

1 can chickpeas

1 tbsp soy sauce

2 tsp paprika

2 tsp basil

1 tsp turmeric

1 tsp cayenne pepper

Salt and pepper

6 cups vege stock
