Nut Butter Yoghurt and Chia Jam Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups frozen raspberries, defrosted

  • 1.5 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 2 cups natural yoghurt

  • 3 Tbsp nut butter

  • 1.5 Tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 cup oats

  • 1 banana, sliced

  • 1/4 cup nuts, chopped

  • 2 Tbsp coconut, shredded

  • 1 Tbsp cacao nibs

Instructions

  1. Chia jam: mix raspberries with chia seeds. Store in the fridge.

  2. Nut butter yoghurt: mix yoghurt, nut butter, maple syrup and vanilla.

  3. Divide yoghurt into four bowls and stir through 1/4 cup oats in each bowl, leave in the fridge overnight.

  4. In four bowls/jars/cups: make two layers of the yoghurt oat mix, banana, and jam. Top each with 1/4 of the nuts, coconut and cacao nibs.
